Regulations for Western tourists in Tibet constantly change and final planning with me should be only done after contacting me!
Before I had here a long section about permits, individual travel, how to get into Tibet etc.
I had to delete this because the regualtions changed.
These days (Oct. 2014) permits are given for individuals even in one person groups.
